Kylian Mbappe has told Chelsea he is open to joining them but only on a one year loan deal before joining real Madrid next summer.

Transfer: Lukaku agrees three-year contract with new club

 Chelsea striker, Romelu Lukaku has agreed a three-year deal with Juventus ahead of a possible exit this summer.

The Serie A giants are keen to land Lukaku and are offering Dusan Vlahovic in a swap deal.

However, Juve are also demanding a €40m fee as part of the transfer.

Chelsea are yet to make a final decision on the move and it is believed new manager Mauricio Pochettino will be “crucial” in making the call.

The Blues are, however, looking to sell Lukaku this summer.

The Belgium captain spent last season on loan at Inter Milan and is keen to remain in Italy with Juventus.

Arsenal lose top midfielder to Juventus

 

Juventus have opened talks with Arsenal regarding the signing of Thomas Partey, after the midfielder agreed personal terms with the Italian club.

The Arsenal midfielder recently snubbed a rumoured move to Saudi Arabia in favour of a three-year deal with Juve. According to Sky Sports in Italy, there have been new contacts between Juve and Arsenal, but the Turin side may have to offload some players before they can land the Ghana international.

Generation Z, we are the experts in the field of technology! They grew up with smartphones.

These guys are incredible at multi-tasking! Yes, they spend hours on their phones, but let me reassure you that they check their phone while writing an essay and speaking to a friend directly. If this isn’t multi-tasking, then tell me what is.

Entire business models have emerged around the idea of connection and have quickly become enormously successful. They thrive by literally leveraging the principle that value lies in connections, simply connecting consumers to products or services they want, rather than providing them. For example: 

•Uber is the country’s biggest taxi service, but it doesn’t own any cabs.

•The largest media company—Facebook—creates no content

•Kickstarter and other crowdfunding sites make no investments, but funds acquired through them are projected to surpass traditional venture capital investments.

If I had to come up with a general motto that Generation Z lives by, it would probably be ‘Express Yourself’ or "Be yourself". And this is exactly what they do. In a world where rules and restrictions are paramount. The Generation Z have found their way through it all.

Recent studies have shown that Gen Z wishes to have their own business in the future and be financially successful.
